Brian Patterson

Brian is responsible for Sales and Account Development and joins NN Tech after leading the rapid expansion of TechAxis' client footprint of Automation, Network Security, Big Data, and AI-driven software and services companies.

During his 15-year career Brian has been responsible for Sales, Project Management, and Product Marketing with Mobile Streams where he led growth of their North American division through a successful IPO, and at Drop In Media which Brian helped grow from four to 25 employees within 18 months by securing partnerships with leading wireless carriers.

Brian is an economics and statistics subject matter expert with a degree in Economics from VCU where he graduated cum laude in 2002.

In his spare time Brian enjoys staying physically active and playing with his three children.

Danielle Guadeloupe-Rojas

As a Business Development Manager, Danielle Guadeloupe-Rojas listens to clients’ needs and provides customized approaches to advancing their organizational development and strategies.

Danielle has over seven years of experience in business development with companies in financial services, IT, retail, interior design, real estate, staffing, and hospitality.

She has held the roles of Business Development Coordinator, Sales Lead, Strategic Account Manager, and Interim Director.

Specializing in the client experience and consultative approach, Danielle uses her innovative sales techniques to connect with clients in a way that creates long lasting partnerships. Danielle began her career managing business development for her family’s business in Maryland then gradually became an expert with B2B, commercial, as well as government clients.

Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) has always been a passion to Danielle, but became a staple in her life after working for a local Diversity and Inclusion Consulting Management firm. During her time there, she cultivated solutions for clients based on unconscious bias training and other D&I offerings. Danielle holds a Property and Casualty license in the financial services industry and is a Certified Sales Professional. Danielle has done extensive studies in Business Administration and Communications.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys travelling, event coordination, and fundraising for local nonprofits.

Sneha Garg

Sneha, in Sanskrit, means love.

Sneha belongs to both the US and India, and she believe that both of them together makes her the person she is today. She is the best of both worlds, and has always been the quintessential 'people person'. She loves people, and she loves studying people. That is why she went into psychology. Sneha found out about the staffing and recruiting world recently, and it opened so many doors and opportunities for her. Sneha has a love for human resources and recruiting, because she believes it's the people that make a company what it is. She is responsible for bringing those people in.

Fun fact: She is obsessed with the sun and the ocean. You can probably catch Sneha at the beach, staring at the ocean and the sun during sunset.

MJ Sharma

As a lead recruiter MJ finds great job opportunities for great people. This process started with a great conversation where she choose to be a good listener and find out a candidates values, personal aspiration and next career move to maintain a long term relationship

She has grown her skills in full- cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, data management, and all visa handling. Her goal is to match top- performing and rising professionals with the right career move in engineering, financial, sales, management and more.

When she is not recruiting , she is usually trying new dishes, watching web series, dancing, shopping, and traveling .

Bhavana Rajput

Bhavana Rajput has 4+ years experience in managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple search engagements, including:

Mid- and senior-level management recruiting ,
Executive search
Technical and skilled trades.

She also has a passion for all segments of recruitment including identifying and sourcing candidates, candidate experience, diversity & inclusion, increasing employee engagement.

Bhavana believes that with hard work and passion, the opportunities are limitless.
In her spare time she enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kathryn Barnes-Mealy

Kathryn serves as our in house Social Media Content Intern, and has a background in Communication, Public Relations , and Marketing. Kathryn oversees website management, marketing collateral, and NN Tech's social media presence. She works closely with everyone on the team.

In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys reading, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family. Kathryn has dreams of becoming a Communication or Public Relations specialist in the future.

Fun Fact: Kathryn is a soon-to -be alumni of Old Dominion University. Go Monarchs!
